Powered Tailgate Retrofit (F44)

The Powered Tailgate Retrofit for the F44 includes its own wiring harness for easy installation, eliminating the need for wire cutting or splicing. Our Plug & Play design ensures there will be no impact on the original system or vehicle warranty. In addition, our power tailgate comes equipped with an anti-pinch function for added safety. This feature is designed to sense obstructions and automatically stop and reverse the tailgate's movement to prevent injury or damage. For added convenience, a trunk button is also included, along with compatibility for the F44 218i / M235i. As an optional add-on, a foot-activated sensor near the rear bumper with a Kick Sensor can also be included.
