Powered Tailgate Retrofit (G20)

The G20 Powered Tailgate Retrofit features a Twin Strut Design and includes its own wiring harness. There is no need to cut or splice wires, ensuring that the original system is not affected. In addition, the plug-and-play design will not impact the warranty. For added safety, the power tailgate has an anti-pinch function that automatically stops and reverses movement if an obstruction is detected during closing. This helps prevent injuries or damage to objects or body parts. The retrofit also includes an extra trunk button and seamlessly works with the Trunk handle, key-fob button, and driver door trunk button. It is compatible with G20 320i / 330i / 330e / 330Li and can be upgraded with a foot-activated sensor for added convenience.
